Tried switching the KanR gene with TetR gene again. PCR-ed both genes. Loaded all 50ul of Tet into gel, but lost some when trying to load Tn5. Ran gel at 90V for 40min. Extracted gel. Elute in 30ul of water. Stored at -20.
