Aim is to determine which part of chromatin is the protein binding to.
I am helping in experiments to find genes that regulate growth of E.coli. End aim: improve yield of plasmids from E.coli and improve growth of E.coli. This blog contains what I've done, learnt, and things which I should read, and some of my ideas.
