Development assay
2-5 x 10^7 cells/ ml
Wash cells in Na/K buffer
Resuspend in Na/K buffer
Do 2x serial dilution (20ul)
Spot 20ul on plate. 5 spots (original + 4 dilutions)
Take picture every 4h.
