LysoTracker Red staining for apoptotic cells
LysoTracker is an acidophilic dye. Stains lysosomes. Vital dye to indicate apoptotic cells
Transfer embryos to 5uM LysoTracker Red in Hanks BSS in RNase-free non stick tubes
Incubate at 37C for 30-45min
Rinse 4-5x in Hanks, shake RT 5min each
Fix in 4% PFA/PBS 1h at 4C, shake
Wash with PBST 15min 4C shake
Wash PBS 3x 15min 4C shake
