Genotyping

Prepare tubes and tags
Sterilise scissors in EtOH
For each mouse, tag ear, cut toe, cut tail
Note tag numbr, toe number, cage number and what genes to genotype for
Can store tails at -20C
Incubate tails in tail prep buffer + 1:100 Proteinase K to lyse at 58C O/N
Inactivate Proteinase K at 85C 1h (don't go longer)
Cool and store at -20C till ready for PCR

For genotyping amnions
Lyse amnion in 100ul of tail prep buffer (1:200 PK) 58C O/N
Inactivate PK at 85C for 1h
