Continued the plasmid loss monitoring..
Results of first day plasmid loss: 0 loss for all.

Did transformation by electroporation.
Basically add everything in the right amount into the electroporation cuvette, keep everything ice cold, then shock the cells once. Then run to add media, incubate for 1h, then don't know what happen liao cos I got bored and stopped following them around.

Went NUS to shop for consumables, bought a lot lot of stuff. I'll still get lost if I go there alone.
