Yeast Extract - 12g/l
Tryptone - 6g/l
KH2PO4 - 6g/l
MgSO4 - 0.48g/l
Dissolve in 900ml water.

Glucose - 5g/l (add separately, to 100ml , cos will react with others during autoclaving)

Buffer
52.3g/100ml MOPS
35g/100ml tris (base)
add 90ml of water, stir forever to dissolve everything
adjust pH adding acid/ base, usually acid
pH 7.0

pH metre
1. wash tip with water
2. calibrate metre (at least 2 pts)
3. use :)

Plated yesterday's transformed bacteria on new plates.
