1. Plasmid loss in LB over time (2 weeks) (start Monday)
2. Growth monitoring in LB (start Tuesday)
3. Growth monitoring in M9 (when I'm free)

Went for a lecture by a professor from Oxford on glyco something, basically about sugars on proteins and their uses.. I fell asleep again. Sigh.
