So long nv update. Here's what I've been doing and what I'll be doing.

I am still doing acetic acid assay on those fermentation samples from the week at NUS 3 weeks back.
Finally finished for host and plasmid runs 4 and 5
Plasmid results are weird. Acetic acid concentration in media dips down at hour 7 for 1 and at hour 6 for the other.
Will have to repeat experiment.
