Dave resuspended pellet from time 5 and streaked onto LB. P+ OD shot up higher than host at time 10. Dave spread plated P+ at 11 and 11.5, found BigM.
Did plasmid loss test on time 5 (15 colonies), 5.5 (12 colonies), 11 (10 colonies).
