Wanted to classify differentially-regulated genes into their functional groups (ie, protein metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, membrane transporter etc)
So I manually classified the genes using the e.coli gene list.

Continued microarray. Washed slides, dry, scanned. Beautiful results. Bright spots. Yay!! Analysed results using program.
